Good Health! why we need? what is the impact on life?

"Health is wealth" is a saying which is a famous one, but people rarely follow. Nowadays, we are not focusing on health due to busy schedules, rather we are into making more and more wealth and neglecting an important part of our life, Health. If we are not fit and healthy, wealth is just a garbage in our life. A best friend in our life is health, which will stay with us in all good and bad circumstances. If we spoil health, then we should suffer many difficulties and health related issues, rest of life cannot be enjoyed wholeheartedly. Good health promotes a good mental, physical and social well-being.
He used to eat junk food and fatty foods, a large amount of food he used to eat, mental stress because of his personal problems. And because of that disease, he lost his confidence in his dreams and future life. His life is in the dark and he is no longer interested in education, unemployed. Later, after a month, his parents took him to the doctor, after consultation and advice on his future health, he went back on track to fulfill his dreams.
From the above story we have understood that, "prevention is better than cure". If this boy had been concentrating on his diet, his mental health, he would not have had diabetes.
A person who is physically and mentally unfit, then the person would face many problems in life and must rely on others to meet everyday basic needs. This situation will be known only to the one who experienced it and it is quite embarrassing.
Good health keeps us out of all mental and physical disabilities and
other medical conditions. I believe we have only one life, we should not waste
it by failing to maintain good physical and mental health. Eat good food each
day, appropriate exercises and meditation, a balanced diet, a good amount of
sleep and live stress-free. As long as we are healthy, we can make more and
more money.
Health is like a pillar in your life. If the pillars are weak, then at
what point the building (life) will be strong!
